Good Neighbours in North Cardiff - GNINC is a small local charity looking for a new Trustee to join our team of 7 Trustees.
Essentially we need someone with a commitment to help us maintaining and improving the services we offer to the community. We meet four times a year and have a few additional working groups to develop plans for the future.
In common with many charities, GNINC is constantly seeking volunteers and recently we were awarded a grant from the Welsh Government’s Volunteering Wales Main Grants Scheme, administered by WCVA to expand our services into Rhiwbina, improve our IT infrastructure and refresh our brand to attract new volunteers and clients. We have effective financial procedures but need more Trustees to enhance our practices and future plans.
You would be joining a friendly group of committed trustees who share a resolve to maintain and enhance our services. Increased running costs make it necessary to find new ways to fundraise is addition to claiming government and other grants.
