Today (10th October) is Mental Health Awareness Day, a reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health.
At GNINC we know how deeply isolation can affect mental health, and reaching out can make all the difference. We’re here to help – our volunteers can provide companionship, support and a sense of community to those who feel alone.
